Helping one of my students 

do a report he has due 

when he returns to school on

TREASURE ISLAND.

Sometimes a student will say to me 

I can't do that because it is too hard, 

I don't understand it, and/or it doesn't make

sense to me.  I always say to them

think POSITIVELY.  When you have a

good attitude about something it

makes it easier for you to learn it.

 I worked on idioms with one of my students

today and he was having many "HAPPY

THOUGHTS" when figuring out different idioms.

His favorite one was "it is a piece of cake."
