I hope that you are able to read all of the above poem, written by a 6th Grader, to share with Teachers and all who are involved with children.  It puts a huge amount of insight from, a student's perspective, of what is going on in educator's minds.  It also shows how intuitive a child's mind is with concern to others.  KEEP   SAFE.

WOMEN

Women have come along way in society and are making a greater influence in so many different areas, today.  So be proud of the girl/women you are and keep shooting for the stars.  WOMEN CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE!!!

BELIEVE   IN

YOURSELF

It is important that you stress to your students that they are are capable of any obstacle in their learning.  Building their self-esteem helps them feel better about themselves and also makes it easier for them when approaching new skills.  If they don't feel this overwhelming feeling that they won't accomplish this new obstacle it paves the way for them to learn the skill without apprehension.

CHILDREN

Children, as well as many other things, reflect the kind of care they get.  So it is so important that you are reflecting positive ways of dealing with things.  They need to have these modeled for them then it makes it easier for them to reciprocate those kinds of actions themselves.that get
